الطلب والدفع والتفعيل

إنشاء الطلب يسجل مرجع الطلب والاشتراك والمدة والعملة والسعر النهائي والخصم والاسم الاختياري، وبلد الطلب لتطبيق قيد مصر. عند تسجيل الدخول يُربط الطلب بحسابك. إنشاء الطلب أو إرسال مرجع التحويل لا يعني تأكيد الدفع أو التفعيل. يراجع فريق المتجر الاستلام ثم يؤكد التفعيل. تأكد من توافق جهازك وشروط التسليم والاسترداد مع الدعم قبل الدفع.

وسائل الدفع غير المجهزة تظل معطلة. لا تُدخل أرقام البطاقات أو CVV أو كلمات مرور الخدمات البنكية في الموقع. البطاقات، عند تفعيلها، تستخدم صفحة بوابة مستضافة مع تحقق إداري؛ لا ندعي دفعًا آليًا. نخزن مرجع التحويل الذي ترسله وحالة مراجعته، دون بيانات البطاقة.

مصر والعملات

أسعار EGP للاستخدام داخل مصر فقط. يتحقق الخادم من بلد الطلب ويطلب إقرارًا بالقيد. تفعيلها يتطلب تأكيد المالك لقدرة المزوّد ودليل التفعيل. التحكم الفعلي بمكان الاستخدام لدى المزوّد؛ الموقع لا يضمن حظر الاستخدام الخارجي دون تكامل من المزوّد. SAR وKWD مشتقان من USD عبر Frankfurter مع تاريخ المصدر وتخزين مؤقت؛ لا تتغير مبالغ الطلبات المسجلة عند تحديث الصرف.

الحسابات والاحتفاظ

يُحفظ الاسم والبريد واشتقاق آمن لكلمة المرور مع ملح عشوائي، وليس كلمة المرور الأصلية. جلسة العميل تصل إلى 7 أيام، وجلسة المالك والموظف تصل إلى 12 ساعة، باستخدام cookies آمنة. تحتفظ الذاكرة المحلية باللغة والعملة، وتُحفظ مفاتيح متابعة طلبات الزائر في جلسة المتصفح.

لا يوجد حذف آلي للطلبات حاليًا أثناء الانتقال؛ السجلات القديمة محفوظة. تُنظف الجلسات المنتهية ومعرّفات الحد من الإساءة. حذف حسابك يحذف الحساب ويفصل ربط الطلبات به، لكنه لا يمحو تلقائيًا سجل الطلب أو الاسم المسجل فيه. تواصل مع الدعم بمرجع الطلب لطلبات التصحيح أو الحذف. تأكيد البريد واستعادة كلمة المرور بالبريد غير مهيئين حاليًا.

إجراءات الإدارة تُسجّل في سجل تدقيق، دون كلمات مرور أو بيانات بطاقات. قد تحتفظ خدمات الاستضافة بسجلات تشغيل ونسخ استرجاع وفق سياساتها. WhatsApp ومتاجر التطبيقات وبوابات الدفع لها سياساتها المستقلة. استخدم فقط المحتوى المصرح لك بالوصول إليه.

Privacy & order terms

Creating an order stores its reference, server, duration, currency, quoted amount, discount, optional name and request country. Signed-in orders link to your account. Neither order creation nor submitting a transfer reference verifies payment or activates a subscription. Confirm device compatibility, delivery and refund terms with support before paying.

Unconfigured payment methods remain disabled. Never enter card numbers, CVV or banking passwords here. Enabled card payments use a hosted gateway with administrative verification; no automatic payment completion is claimed. Transfer references and verification status are stored.

EGP plans are for Egypt use only. The backend checks request country and acknowledgement; activation needs a provider capability check and evidence. Actual usage restrictions depend on the provider. SAR/KWD use dated, cached Frankfurter rates from USD. Existing order amounts do not change when exchange rates update.

Accounts store name, email and salted password derivations, not original passwords. Customer sessions last up to seven days; Owner/staff sessions up to twelve hours. Language/currency preferences stay in browser storage; guest order access keys stay in session storage. Orders are not automatically purged during the transition. Deleting an account detaches retained orders but does not automatically remove order snapshots or names. Contact support with your order reference for correction/deletion requests. Email verification and password-reset delivery are not configured.

Administrative actions are recorded in an audit log without passwords or card data. Hosting providers may retain operational logs and recovery copies. WhatsApp, app stores and payment gateways apply their own policies. Use only content you are authorized to access.
